Our photography pricing accounts for both the time spent shooting and the editing required afterward. Each session includes post-production by default, which is why photography is billed at a higher hourly rate than standard web services.

Under the hood, the rate is the same $100/hour we use for design and development—we simply account for the editing time upfront so pricing stays simple and predictable.

By default, we include a subtle signature link at the bottom of each page—similar to an artist signing their work. It helps support our business through SEO and referrals, without distracting from your brand.

The New Site Process

We keep the process structured, efficient, and transparent.

1. Setup!

Initial Deposit Due

  • Development site is created
  • Existing content is migrated if applicable
  • Required assets are collected:
    • Login access
    • Written content
    • Media files
    • Any project-specific materials
  • Regular check-ins are scheduled
  • Desktop design begins

2. Design!

Second Payment Due

  • First full design review (typically the homepage)
  • Direction, layout, and flow are established
  • Feedback is applied before build-out

If something doesn’t feel right, this is the stage to refine it. Once approved, the design transitions into a functioning website.

3. Develop!

Final Payment Due

  • All pages are finalized
  • Advanced features and shops are built
  • Responsive behavior is implemented
  • On-page SEO is applied for proper indexing
  • System performance and structure are refined

Your site is ~99% complete at the end of this phase.

4. Launch!

Pre-Launch

  • URL structures reviewed to preserve existing SEO
  • Redirects implemented as needed

Launch

  • Hosting and domain access used for final switchover
  • SSL/HTTPS configured

Post-Launch

  • Monitoring for stability and performance

You always retain full ownership and administrative access to all systems.

We typically use SiteGround for hosting, but you are welcome to purchase hosting directly if preferred.
